The 2019

Patriots Season.

Pats Week Sixteen. Part V.

Do or Die Time Baby.

The Pats are ready for this game. "We’ve spent the last few days here getting familiar with the Bengals," BB said. "First of all, I’d say I have a great deal of respect for Mike Brown, the Brown family and the Bengals organization. I always have. I think this is a football team that doesn’t have a good record, but they actually do a lot of things really well in all three phases of the game." Great organization (yeah right).

And they are very impressive on Tape. "I’ve been very impressed watching them play and they cause a lot of problems," BB said. "Special teams, I think Darrin [Simmons] does a great job with that unit. As usual, they’re right at the top of the league in both punt and kickoff coverage, kickoff returns. They’re really a solid group, well-coached, fundamentally very good and make it tough on you there." Nice words, but I ain't buying.

But their D can hurt Brady, and that is really the only concern. "Defensively, very disruptive front: [Sam] Hubbard and [Carlos] Dunlap outside, [Geno] Atkins inside," BB said. "I’d say one of the better, more disruptive groups that we’ve faced, and we’ve faced some good ones here over the course of the season. So, they present a lot of problems there. It’s a very aggressive defense and really make you work for the yards." They made their scheme to hit the QB, and have three or four good rushers in their front seven.

But their Offense sucks. "And offensively, very good skill group. Obviously, the quarterback [Andy] Dalton’s a very experienced guy. He’s led this team to a lot of victories, a lot of comeback victories. Excellent quarterback," BB said. "Good backs, guys that are different, Mixon and Bernard. But both [are] outstanding players. They make a lot of yards on their own, both good in the passing game, both good in the running game, very versatile players." Two good RBs that can make guys miss.

They have two Tight Ends who the Pats could use. "Eifert and [C.J.] Uzomah at tight end do a great job, too," BB said. "They’re both very talented guys, have been very productive in the red area like Eifert usually is. I mean, he’s a problem." Eifert is their best player on offense, they will have to stop him first.

The WRs are on the decline. "And then the receivers are [eh], it’s a good group of receivers," BB said. "I mean, I know that Green hasn’t played and they’ve had a couple injuries there, but these guys continue to be productive with the quarterback, the tight ends, the backs and the entire offensive system that Coach [Zac] Taylor runs." The Pats can shut down their WRs.

That will make everything much more difficult for Dalton. "So, they’re a well-balanced team, running game, passing game, play-action drop-back, misdirection," BB said. "They do a really good job of keeping the defense honest and don’t get penalized." I not buying it.

They will cause trouble for Brady up the gut. "They get a lot of penalties because people are trying to hold Atkins or hold Dunlap, or grab the receivers or whatever it is," BB said. "So, they play good in the kicking game. I mean, they gain a lot of advantages when they haven’t turned the ball over, like in the Jet game, they win.

"Obviously, that’s something that we’ll try to do, but it’s not anything that you can always count on, so we’ll have to play 60 minutes of good football in all three phases against a good, young football team. I’m really impressed with a lot of things, like I said, a lot of things that they do. But, when you have some of the turnovers they’ve had, then that obviously negates a lot of the good things that are happening out there. But, that’s good. You can’t judge this team by their record, it’s not really reflective of what they are in my opinion." This is a "Just show up and don't screw up" game.

Fascist is as Fascist does. Beware American. President Fredo is pulling the cowardly republican Senate closer and closer to the cliff.

The 1st Amendment to the Constitution is the greatest paragraph ever written by mankind. It is the truest diagram of how to ensure a free Country of citizens survives. But is is also a list of what to attack when you want to be a fascist dictator. President Jerkballs is attacking every article in the 1st Amendment. Beware subjects, or you will be subjugated:

House Judiciary Committee releases report outlining historical arguments for impeachment.

(CNN)The House Judiciary Committee on Saturday released a report ahead of Monday's impeachment hearing laying out historical arguments for impeachment.

The report does not accuse President Donald Trump of committing impeachable offenses, but it lays the groundwork for Monday's hearing, where evidence against Trump will be presented by the House Intelligence and Judiciary committees, as well as the possible introduction of articles of impeachment next week.

"The Framers worst nightmare is what we are facing in this very moment," House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler said in a statement. "President Trump abused his power, betrayed our national security, and corrupted our elections, all for personal gain. The Constitution details only one remedy for this misconduct: impeachment. The safety and security of our nation, our democracy, and future generations hang in the balance if we do not address this misconduct. In America, no one is above the law, not even the President."

The report is an update to the Judiciary Committee reports that were issued in 1974 and 1998 during the impeachment proceedings of Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton.
"The earlier reports remain useful points of reference, but no longer reflect the best available learning on questions relating to presidential impeachment," Nadler wrote in a forward introducing the report. "Further, they do not address several issues of constitutional law with particular relevance to the ongoing impeachment inquiry respecting President Donald J. Trump."

Democrats plan to conduct Monday's hearing 'like a trial'

House Democrats are providing more details about their plans for Monday's impeachment hearing. It will go down like this, according to a Democratic official working on the impeachment inquiry:

- Nadler and Republican Rep. Doug Collins, the ranking member of the committee, will first deliver opening statements.

- House Judiciary Committee counsels will then present opening arguments for an hour (30 minutes for each side). It will be "like a trial," the official said, presenting "our theory of the case." The Democratic counsel will be Barry Berke and GOP counsel will be Steve Castor. They will not take questions.

- House Intelligence Committee counsels will then present findings from their respective reports. First, Democratic counsel Dan Goldman will present for 45 minutes with Castor presenting the GOP report for 45 minutes. Both will take questions afterward.

- Nadler and his counsel will then have a 45-minute round of questioning followed by a 45-minute round of questioning by Collins and his counsel.

- Each member will then get their 5-minute round of questioning....

Trump impeachment inquiry: House judiciary committee releases report

Nadler: constitutional situation is ‘Framers’ worst nightmare’

The House judiciary committee released a report on the constitutional grounds for impeachment on Saturday. Shortly after that, Donald Trump once again insisted the whole thing was a “witch hunt” and “a total hoax”.

In one such call, on 25 July this year, Trump appeared to make the release of military aid conditional on Kyiv investigating Joe Biden, a political rival, and a conspiracy theory about supposed Ukrainian interference in the 2016 US election. A White House meeting with Trump was also dangled in front of Zelenskiy.

House Democrats contend the 25 July call and testimony by diplomats and Trump advisers provide evidence of serious abuse of power, and thus grounds for the impeachment of the president and his possible removal from office.

“The Framers[’] worst nightmare is what we are facing in this very moment,” the House judiciary chair, Jerry Nadler, tweeted on Saturday, after releasing the 52-page report.

In contrast to the House intelligence committee’s 300-page blockbuster released this week, which summed up bombshell testimony delivered in private and public hearings, the judiciary report was written by Democratic staffers for use in the drawing up of articles of impeachment.

It considered what those who wrote the US constitution in the 1780s meant when they provided for presidents to be removed.

“President Trump abused his power, betrayed our national security and corrupted our elections,” Nadler wrote on Twitter, “all for personal gain. The constitution details only one remedy for this misconduct: impeachment.”

A vote on articles of impeachment against Trump is expected before the end of the year. Trump’s alleged attempts to obstruct the special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian interference in 2016, and links between Trump and Moscow, may also be considered....
